ORDERING. To place an order or make an inquiry contact us by letter, phone, fax or email (orders@mcblainbooks.com) .

TERMS. Please order by catalog number and item number. Payment with order, please. MasterCard and Visa accepted. Libraries billed. Connecticut residents add 6% Sales Tax. Postage charge for domestic shipments $3.85 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. Postage charges on foreign shipments vary (inquire for cost). Surface mail postage charge for foreign shipments of multi-book orders by M-bag, if available, is $7.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item (more on heavy items). Items returnable within two weeks of receipt if unsatisfactory.

CONDITION. Very good condition unless otherwise described. Dust jacket (dj) not present unless specifically mentioned.

AVAILABILITY. Since we usually have only one copy of each item, all items are offered subject to prior sale.

ABBREVIATION AND SYMBOLS. Book size indicated by the height of a text page given in centimeters (cm.). One inch equals 2.54 centimeters so 20cm. equals approximately 8". Other abbreviations and symbols in this catalog include:
