Heavily browned along gutter of first three leaves (probably from old, now absent, tape). Former owner's name (which appears to be Alice P. Benjamin, although we're not certain of the last name). Last text leaf trimmed and glued in. No Jacket. Top edge gilt. Ms. Benjamin wrote the following on the front free endpaper: "I knew Alice and Paul Dunbar very well For many years we were next door neighbors - "In and out" Have had several ask for this copy for the illustrations which are very hard to find."
