Hardcover in original blind-stamped maroon leather, which has been rebacked with almost all of original backstrip mounted. Contents sound and clean. Marbled blue endpapers with later brown cloth at hinges. Top edge gilt; bottom and fore edges with blue marbling which is now partially gone. No Jacket (probably never had one). Copy No. 228 of an edition 300 numbered copies printed for private circulation. An impressive production. Very Good. Item #74334
