Letter (tipped in) and inscription by the author's sister Magdalene (who died in childbirth in 1823 while married to Henry Harvey). The letter and inscription appear to be to the same person, addressed in the inscription as M. Le Chevalier. We believe that the recipient was Jean Baptiste Joseph, chevalier Delambre. Very Good.
