Signature in image in lower left corner is hard for us to decipher. Image size approximately 43 x 39cm. Recently matted and framed under glass using an old period frame. This is the only print featuring African Americans out of six poker-themed prints produced by Truth Company and copyrighted 1895. The Truth Company, based on information in an advertisement in the February, 1901 issue of The Art Amateur, was offering the prints at 50 cents each or all six for $2 shipped postpaid. Near Fine.
