One-page. Holograph. Blue paper. 28 cm. Upper left corner chipped and partially torn (cello tape repairs on back). Several brown stains but still clear and readable. Hazel (Hazel C. Brown) recounts some of her activities, including founding Richmond Civic and Charity Guild, and suggests that getting a certificate at a coming luncheon would be nice before her departure from Staten Island to go into a "Health Facility."
