J.A Gregg was Presiding Bishop for the first three of these reports. George W. Baber was the Presiding Bishop for the 1948 and 1950 reports. The Fourth Episcopal District including six conferences: Ontario, Michigan, Northwestern (probably Iowa and Minnesota), Chicago, Illinois and Indiana. The last 4-5 pages in each report provide space for entering statistics about an individual church.
