Six (6) Guy Brothers Ministrel items

One dated 1909, two dated 1910; and three undated. Printed black and white programs (2) and broadside flyers (4). Height of items varies from 21-21 cm. Three have staining in lower right corner and another has staining elsewhere. The staining does not affect readability. Guy Brothers Minstrels was a blackface white minstrel troupe that seems to have been active in the 1890s through the 1920s or so. One of the programs was for a 1910 appearance at The Auditorium in Brattleboro;; the other program, also for 1910, was printed in Cambridge, Maryland, and contains an advertisement for the White House Lunch Room (and there was a restaurant by that name in Cambridge). One of the broadsides is for a 1909 performance at Victoria Opera House in Prescott, Ontario and another was is for a year-undated appearance on Sept. 27 at Trenton Opera House. The other two flyers do not identify the town in which Guy Brothers Minstrels was appearing and are undated as to year: Opera House, Oct. 13 (News-Letter Press); and Bijou Opera House To-Night. Good-Very Good. Item #92852
