Broadside on thin paper. 28 x 22 cm. Heavily chipped around edge with only a few words missing. Seems to involve a railroad from Clearwater to Tampa. Asked people with "unprofitable tax burdened" pine lands to consider donating some of that land to enable the building of a new railroad. M. J. McMullen of Tampa listed as President; J. L. Edgar of Clearwater listed as Vice President. OCLC locates one copy (University of Virginia) with 1895 listed as the publication date. Florida's University of Miami also appears to have a copy. We don't know if this plea for free land had any success. Poor. Item #93841

Price: $125.00
