Modest foxing on first couple of pages. Plummer, an African American, was leader of The Church of God and Saints of Christ, a Black Hebrew Israelite religious faith group from 1931 to 1975. He is now described on that faith group's site as Rabbi but is described in this item as Bishop so their terminology must have evolved sometime after this pamphlet was published. As for this item, Plummer was also a dedicated Prince Hall Mason and a Noble of the Mystic Shrine. OCLC locates one copy (Emory). Very Good. Item #94539
