Thin looped cords for hanging these around one's neck. These came to us with some other material that had once belonged to Charles Vernon Hamilton (1929-2024). Carol was his daughter. We were told that these had been her Press credentials for the Atlanta Convention -- the Press credentials have numbers rather than a name. Carol was Press Secretary to Commerce Secretary Ronald Brown when a 1996 plane crash in Croatia killed Carol, Secretary Brown and all others on board. Very Good. Item #94872
