Cloth-backed portfolio with original cloth ties still present. Small round Portland Cement sticker on front cover of portfolio. Wrapper splitting at ends of fold. Contents sound and clean but no longer attached to the wrapper. Edges of portfolio slightly spotted and corners somewhat chipped and worn. Two tears (one long) on one leaf repaired with adhesive paper tape. Very Good. Item #95054
