Spine sloped. Former owner's name in pencil on blank leaf preceding title-page ("Mary F. Baldwin Cragston Oct 23 1858"). Poetry. We wonder whether Ms. Baldwin was related to Wycliff Baldwin, the wealthy jeweler who was the original owner of a 368 acre estate known as Cragston in Highland Falls, NY where he built the large Victorian mansion in 1859. That estate was acquired and expanded by J. P. Morgan after Baldwin died in 1871. Very Good. Item #96051
